Tuesdays and Thursdays in February

Meet Tuesdays & Thursdays in February for this fitness class series designed to cultivate strength and balance to transform, shape and move energy more efficiently and effectively. Hand held weights, resistance bands and your own body weight will challenge major muscle groups and/or isolate particular muscles. Come to move, breathe and sweat in a way that leaves you feeling energized and strong. Stretching techniques are added to improve your balance, posture and flexibility. All levels welcome. $96 for 8 sessions, $60 for 4 sessions, Drop-in $20. Included in Prana Membership.

Shelley Behrman

Shelley is a native Oregonian celebrating over 30 years of commitment to health and mind/body fitness. Her comprehensive approach to wellness includes her dedication to the practice of yoga and to the mindful care of quality nourishment for the body and soul. She has over 15 years teaching experience in cardio/resistance/strength training with a focus on breathing, alignment and safety. Her devotion to the art of Yoga has been steady since 2010 and she’s practiced under Christen Allsop’s guidance since 2013.
